Return Policy

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your CANNILOQ products as we are. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days. For products purchased directly from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

You can return your product(s) up to 30 days after the original purchase date. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the original receipt of purchase. A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving your authorized and returned product. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.
